We’re so thrilled that you’ve made it to this point in our experience! We’re looking forward to creating art that you’ll love. This page introduces you the process we follow in delivering the Cover Girl Collection and wall art purchases.
And you’re the most important part of that process, so give this page a read!
We strive to deliver reveal portraits via Dropbox within one business day following your reveal.
These digital reproductions of the portraits presented at your reveal will be sized and licensed for digital use. They’ll be accompanied by a usage agreement that states what you may and may not do with the portraits.
Your USB flash drive will be created while your album is in production.
The digital reproductions of the portraits presented at your reveal will be sized and licensed for digital use and are not printable.
Your custom-designed GraphiStudio album containing your purchased images is queued for design.
Most albums don’t need a design review, but if we’re creating something requiring your input, we’ll email a design proof to you for your approval. Typical timeframe is about a week. High-demand periods can impact this.
If we send you a proof review request, please respond promptly with your feedback. If we don’t hear from you within 3 business days, your album order will be placed as we represented in the proof we provided.
Because GraphiStudio albums are made in Italy, creation and delivery to One Soul typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. Holiday seasons can take longer.
When we receive your album and wall art purchases, we’ll inspect them and will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time.
The shipping charge included in your purchase covers your contribution toward the cost of insurance and shipping from Italy to our studio. While we prefer in-person pick-ups to avoid further risk of shipping damage, we will at your request ship your purchases from our studio to you at your expense. Just let us know, and we’ll obtain pricing and invoice you.
