What you’re receiving with the Goddess Collection

What to expect: portraits via Dropbox
When work starts
We strive to deliver collection portraits via Dropbox within 48 hours of your reveal.
Usage terms
These digital reproductions of the portraits that you selected for your collection and wall art purchases will be sized and licensed for digital use. They’ll be accompanied by a usage agreement that states what you may and may not do with the portraits.
If you need a portrait cropped or resized for social media purposes, we’ll do that for you promptly at no charge.
If you’d like a portrait or portraits sized and licensed for print, let us know before you receive your album, as we queue files for deletion after print products are delivered.
What to expect: portraits on a USB flash drive
When work starts
Your USB flash drive will be created while your album is in production.

What to expect: Custom-designed GraphiStudio album
When work starts
Your GraphiStudio album containing your selected portraits will be queued for design the first business day after your reveal.
Album design
Our minimalist approach to album design emphasizes attention to the portraits showcased on each album spread. Placement typically follows the flow of the session experience and adheres to One Soul aesthetic standards, so you can be assured that your finished album design will appeal to the senses.
Personalizations requiring proof approval
If your personalization choices include custom graphic work, we might send you a design proof via email to review before we commit your album order. Typical timeframe for this step: about a week. High-demand periods can impact this.
If we send you a proof review request, we allow three days for you to respond with your feedback. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll proceed with your album order as designed.
Off to Italy!
We’ll let you know when your album order is in the hands of GraphiStudio’s Italian artisans and craftsmen. Typical turnaround for creation and delivery to One Soul is 4 to 6 weeks. As winter holidays approach, that turnaround increases to 6 to 10 weeks.
What to expect: wall art purchases
When work starts
Your wall art purchases will be prepared and ordered along with your album.
Off to Italy!
As with your album order, we’ll let you know when your wall art is being created by the GraphiStudio team. Typical turnaround for wall art creation and delivery to One Soul falls within the time it takes to receive a GraphiStudio album.
What to expect: Delivery
Quality assurance and delivery
When we receive your album and wall art purchases, we’ll inspect them and will contact you to arrange a pickup date and time.
Optional shipping to your home
The shipping charge included in your purchase covers your contribution toward the cost of insurance and shipping from Italy to our studio. While we prefer in-person pick-ups to avoid further risk of shipping damage, we will at your request ship your purchases from our studio to you at your expense. Just let us know, and we’ll obtain pricing and invoice you.
What to expect: half off a weekday boudoir session
Your collection purchase includes special pricing on a weekday boudoir session. To take advantage, schedule your session with Kelsey.
Conditions
- The offer is valid for 24 months from your reveal date.
- It’s non-transferrable and non-giftable and may not be combined with other offers.
- Normal rescheduling and cancellation rules apply.
- Weekend session times and session enhancements are available as upgrades.
