Our roll-in creative space features black acrylic floors throughout, a bay door for equipment and vehicles, four fixed sets including a rain room, and a large flex area for one-off set compositions.
Fixed sets include Anastasia’s Red Room, the Boudoir Suite, the Venetian Bath, and an immersive 8×12 Rain Room.
The studio’s 25×60 flex area features:
- retractable 11-foot-tall black-out drapes covering three walls,
- warm and cool toned hand-painted canvas walls,
- 12×14 bay door covered with diffusion fabric for natural light photography, and
- a motorized backdrop system with 10×20 green screen, black muslin, and white vinyl backdrops installed.
Support spaces include a client meeting space with wall-mounted 42″ OLED TV, dressing room, kitchenette, restroom, and a set-space lounge area.
Studio is gated and includes a studio equipment attendant for all shoots.
Rental Pricing & Availability
Availability: weekdays 8am – 8pm.
Studio rental terms: $100/hour, two-hour minimum, $250 refundable cleaning fee. A $2,500 credit card hold applies if equipment rental add-ons are elected.
