Portraits are not included in the session fee. They’re offered separately in print product form — handcrafted albums and wall art — and are accompanied by digital reproductions on a USB thumb drive.
We offer lots of ways for you to own your favorite portraits! We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash, and we offer three to 36-month financing through Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and Paypal PayLater.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
To receive the bonuses included in the Sure Bet offer, your session and reveal must be completed by May 31, 2026.
Cancelations are non-refundable. The Sure Bet session fee is a non-refundable retainer that commits our studio and beauty team to the date you choose.
Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if you do so at least 30 days prior to your originally scheduled date and the new date falls within the Sure Bet offer window (i.e., before May 31, 2026).
Rescheduling within 30 days of your original session date will incur a $225 rebooking fee to compensate the assigned beauty team member for lost work. Rescheduling to a date outside the valid period of the Sure Bet offer will be treated as a cancelation. Rebooking will be priced at regular session rates.
