What to expect: collection images on USB drive
When work starts
Your crystal USB drive will be created after your collection is paid in full.
For print and digital use
The collection images on your USB drive are sized and licensed for printing at 4×6 or 8×12, and for digital use. Prints larger than 8×12 may be purchased through your wall art gallery. If you need an image cropped or resized, whether for printing at 8×10 or 5×7, or for use in social media, we’ll do that for you at no charge. Just let us know.
When will I receive my drive?
Generally, we deliver your USB drive along with your album. If you’d like the drive ASAP, just let us know, and we’ll organize a separate pick-up time for it.
What to expect: wall art gallery
When work starts
Your gallery will be ready about a week after your collection is paid in full.
All your images included
Your gallery will include two groups of images: those you chose for your album, and those you didn’t.
How long will it be available?
Your wall art gallery will be available for 90 days, after which time it will be archived and subject to deletion.
Purchasing wall art
We offer a variety of print mediums and sizes to create art for your home. Some options are fulfilled directly by our printer, while others require manual handling. Either way, the art you choose will be stunning and is guaranteed in workmanship for life.
Quality assurance and delivery
Orders that are fulfilled directly by our printer will be shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. Manually processed orders typically will come to us first for inspection, and then we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.
What to expect: Custom GraphiStudio album
If you chose the handcrafted, softbound Storybook album style, no design proofing is needed, and your album will be ordered as soon as possible after your Reveal.
If you chose the Young Book album style, the following applies to you.
When work starts
Your custom-designed GraphiStudio album containing your purchased images is queued for design when your collection is paid in full.
Album layout is ready!
Our approach to album design follows a minimalist approach emphasizing attention to the photos presented on each album spread. Image placement is dictated by One Soul aesthetic standards, so you can be assured that your finished album design will appeal to the senses. When we’re satisfied with the arrangement, we’ll send you a link to afford you a courtesy peek before we commit the order.
Young Book album art design proof
If you weren’t ready to settle on a design for your Young Book album cover, inner lid, or outer box lid, we’ll contact you to help you finalize your vision. We’ll email an art design proof when it’s ready for review and approval. Typical timeframe:Â about a week. High-demand periods can impact this.
No-fiddling-around design feedback
When we send you a proof review request, to keep things moving, you have 3 days to respond with requested changes. If we don’t hear from you, your album order will be placed as represented in the most recent proof.
Got changes?
Want spreads or images rearranged? Add your request as a comment on the affected spread. There’s no limit to the number of changes you can ask for in each proof. We’ll re-queue your album for a final proof reflecting your design rework requests.
Want more changes?
Your collection purchase includes one design rework. If that’s not enough, we’re happy to make additional changes. Our rate for this is $100 per hour, billed on the whole hour. Tip: organize your thoughts about changes. Include all the requests you can think of in a single proof review.
Off to the printer!
We’ll email you when your album order is in the hands of the printer. Because GraphiStudio albums are made in Italy, creation and delivery to One Soul typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Because of holiday demand, albums ordered in November can take 6 to 10 weeks.
What to expect: Wine and coaster set
When work starts
Your wine and coaster set will be provisioned when your collection is paid in full and you’ve selected your coaster images.
Pick your coaster images
When your wall art gallery is available, you may select the four images you want as coasters. You’ll choose one image, add it to the gallery cart, and then you’ll choose the Collection Ceramic Tile Set from Packages. That’ll give you the opportunity to choose the four photos for your coaster set.
After you’ve made your selection, pop us an email or message us via Messenger, so we know.
Off to the printer!
We’ll place your coaster order when we receive your coaster image selection. We typically receive coasters 2 to 3 weeks after ordering.
What to expect: acrylic or canvas block
When work starts
Your block will be ordered when your collection is paid in full and you’ve selected your block image.
Pick your block image
When your wall art gallery is available, you may select the image you want for your block. You’ll choose one image, add it to the gallery cart, and then you’ll choose the Collection Acrylic Block or Collection Canvas Block from the Products category in the Items list.
After you’ve made your selection, pop us an email or message us via Messenger, so we know.
Off to the printer!
We’ll place your acrylic block or canvas block order when we receive your image selection. We typically receive blocks 2 to 3 weeks after ordering.
What to expect: Viewfinder
When work starts
Your Viewfinder reel will be ordered when your collection is paid in full and you’ve selected 7 images for your reel.
Pick your reel images
When your wall art gallery is available, you may select the 7 images that you want on your reel. You’ll choose one image, add it to the gallery cart, and then you’ll choose the Collection Viewfinder from Packages. That’ll give you the opportunity to choose the 7 images for your reel.
After you’ve made your selection, pop us an email or message us via Messenger, so we know.
Off to the printer!
We’ll place your Viewfinder reel order when we receive your image selection. We typically receive reels about 2 weeks after ordering.
What to expect: Delivery
Quality assurance and delivery
When we receive all your collection items, we’ll inspect them, and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. If you live more than an hour away, you’ll have the option for us to ship them to you.
What to expect: Complimentary boudoir session
Your collection includes a complimentary boudoir session. To take advantage of this, schedule your session with Kelsey.
Conditions
- The offer is valid for 24 months from your reveal date.
- It’s non-transferrable and non-giftable.
- A collection deposit is required when you schedule the reveal following your complimentary session.
- Normal rescheduling and cancellation rules apply.
