What to expect: Classic 6×9 album
When work starts
Your Classic 6×9 album containing your purchased portraits is queued for design after your reveal.
Off to the printer!
Printing and delivery to us typically takes 7 to 14 business days.
What to expect: reproductions of portrait purchases on USB Flash Drive
When work starts
Your USB flash drive containing reproductions of your portrait purchases will be created while your album’s in production and typically is delivered with your album.
Digital use only
Your collection reproductions are sized and licensed for digital use, so they won’t be printable.
What to expect: reproductions of portrait purchases via Dropbox
When work starts
Reproductions of your portrait purchases will be shared via Dropbox typically within one business day following your reveal.
How will I know?
You’ll get an email from Dropbox and directly from us with directions for accessing your reproductions.
How long will they be there?
We clear our Dropbox shares periodically, so play it safe and download your reproductions right away.
Digital use only
Your collection reproductions are sized and licensed for digital use, so they won’t be printable.
What to expect: Delivery
Quality assurance and delivery
When we receive all your collection items, we’ll inspect them, and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. If you prefer us to ship your items to you, we’ll get a quote from UPS and invoice you.
