What to expect: Vixen Collection

One Soul Fine Art & Boudoir

Congratulations on your collection purchase!

We’re so thrilled that you’ve made it to this point in our experience! We’re looking forward to creating art that you’ll love. This page introduces you to our team and the process we follow.

And you’re the most important part of that process, so give this page a read!

What you’re receiving

  • Custom-designed GraphiStudio album
  • Your favorite portrait as an 11×14 MetalPrint
  • Viewfinder with a 7-portrait reel
  • Collection portraits on a USB drive

What to expect: Custom GraphiStudio album

If you chose the Storybook or PhotoBox album styles, no design proofing is needed, and your album will be ordered when your collection purchase is complete.

If you chose the Young Book album style and paid for custom graphics, the following applies to you.

When work starts

Your custom-designed GraphiStudio album containing your purchased images is queued for design when your collection is paid in full.

Album layout is ready!

Our approach to album design follows a minimalist approach emphasizing attention to the portraits presented on each album spread. Portrait placement is dictated by One Soul aesthetic standards, so you can be assured that your finished album design will appeal to the senses.

Young Book album art design proof

Most albums don’t need a design review, but if you weren’t ready to settle on a design for your Young Book album cover, inner lid, or outer box lid, we’ll contact you to help you finalize your vision. If you paid for a custom creation, we’ll email an art design proof when it’s ready for review and approval. Typical timeframe:  about a week. High-demand periods can impact this.

No-fiddling-around design feedback

If we send you a proof review request, please respond promptly with your feedback. If we don’t hear from you within 3 business days, your album order will be placed as represented in the most recent proof.

Off to the printer!

We’ll email you when your album order is in the hands of the printer. Because GraphiStudio albums are made in Italy, creation and delivery to One Soul typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Because of holiday demand, albums ordered in November can take up to 10 weeks.

What to expect: Included Wall Art

When work starts

Your MetalPrint will be ordered when your collection is paid in full and you’ve selected the portrait you want featured.

Pick your Portrait

If you didn’t make your wall art portrait choice at your reveal, you’ll do so via wall art gallery when that’s available. You’ll favorite the portrait and message us when you’ve done so.

Off to the printer!

We’ll place your wall art order when we receive your portrait selection. We typically receive blocks 2 to 3 weeks after ordering.

What to expect: Viewfinder

When work starts

Your Viewfinder will be created after your collection is paid in full.

Viewfinder Portrait Selections

If you waited for a gallery to choose your Viewfinder portraits, we’ll follow up with you after your gallery’s online to make your selection is completed promptly. If you made your Viewfinder portrait choices at your reveal or left the Viewfinder portrait selection to us, we’ll get your custom reel ordered right away. Turnaround is usually two to four weeks.

What to expect: collection portraits on USB drive

When work starts

Your USB drive will be created after your collection is paid in full.

For digital use

The collection portrait reproductions on your USB drive are sized and licensed for digital use. Contact us for print purchases. If you need a portrait cropped or resized for a specific social media application, we’ll do that for you at no charge. Just let us know.
