We’re so thrilled that you’ve made it to this point in our experience! We’re looking forward to creating art that you’ll love. This page introduces you to our team and the process we follow.

And you’re the most important part of that process, so give this page a read!

Barbara is our deliverables specialist. She’s our checklist-person. She keeps up with all the elements of your collection purchase and makes sure they’re progressing through our production process as they should. When your collection is ready for delivery, she’s the one to make sure you receive your art in perfect form.

As our client relations manager, Kelsey is responsible for your One Soul relationship, from consultation to boudoir session to reveal to how your collection delivery is coming. She makes sure everyone’s moving in sync to make you happy. If you have a question, Kelsey probably has your answer.

Lauren’s our creative spirit. She reviews all the images that we plan to show you at your reveal to make sure the color and exposure are perfect and those annoying little cat scratches and such are cleaned up. When you picked your faves, she pulls them together into what will become your stunning album.

What to expect: collection images on a crystal USB drive

When work starts

Your crystal USB drive will be created after your collection is paid in full.

For print and digital use

The collection images on your USB drive are sized and licensed for printing at 4×6 or 8×12, and for digital use. Prints larger than 8×12 may be purchased through your wall art gallery. If you need an image cropped or resized, whether for printing at 8×10 or 5×7, or for use in social media, we’ll do that for you at no charge. Just let us know.

When work starts

Your gallery will be ready about a week after your collection is paid in full.

All your images included

Your gallery will include two groups of images: those you chose for your album, and those you didn’t.

How long will it be available?

In the past, we’ve removed wall art galleries after 90 days due to the ongoing cost of hosting them. We’re evaluating the feasibility of keeping them online for longer. Our new policy is that we’ll keep your gallery online for at least 90 days. We aren’t obligating ourselves to keeping it online longer than that. However, if you have a specific need, contact us.

Purchasing wall art

We offer a variety of print mediums and sizes to create art for your home. Some options are fulfilled directly by our printer, while others require manual handling. Either way, the art you choose will be stunning and is guaranteed in workmanship for life.

Wall art discount code

Your collection purchase gives you a discount code good for 30% off wall art purchases for 90 days from the date of the email granting you access to your gallery.

Quality assurance and delivery

Orders that are fulfilled directly by our printer will be shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. Manually processed orders typically will come to us first for inspection, and then we’ll contact you to arrange delivery.

When work starts

Your mobile photo app will be ready along with your wall art gallery about a week after your collection is paid in full.

Your album images are included

Your mobile photo app will include the images you chose for your album.

Enjoy and share forever*

You can share your images directly from your mobile app to social media, and you via text to that someone special.

What to expect: Custom-designed GraphiStudio album

When work starts

Your custom-designed GraphiStudio album containing your purchased images is queued for design when your collection is paid in full.

Album layout design proof is ready!

You’ll receive an email when your album layout design proof is ready for review and approval. Typical timeframe:  two to four weeks. High-demand periods can impact this.

Album art design proof

If you weren’t ready to settle on a design for your album cover, inner lid, or outer box lid, we’ll contact you to help you finalize your vision. We’ll email an art design proof when it’s ready for review and approval. Typical timeframe:  about a week. High-demand periods can impact this.

No-fiddling-around feedback

To keep things moving, you have 3 days to review and respond with requested changes to any layout or art proof that we provide. If we don’t hear from you, your album order will be placed as represented in the most recent layout and art proofs.

Got changes?

Want spreads or images rearranged? Add your request as a comment on the affected spread. There’s no limit to the number of changes you can ask for in each proof. We’ll re-queue your album for a final proof reflecting your design rework requests.

Want more changes?

Your collection purchase includes one design rework. If that’s not enough, we’re happy to make additional changes. Our rate for this is $100 per hour, billed on the whole hour. Tip: organize your thoughts about changes. Include all the requests you can think of in a single proof review.

Off to the printer!

We’ll email you when your album order is in the hands of the printer. Because GraphiStudio albums are made in Italy, creation and delivery to One Soul typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Because of holiday demand, albums ordered in November can take 6 to 10 weeks.

When we receive all your collection items, we’ll inspect them, and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. If you live more than an hour away, you’ll have the option for us to ship it to you.
